Delivery

For Pre-Orders, your delivery will be sent as per the date outlined in each product page. Please note the cut off for Pre-Orders is 1st March 2019. Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of such circumstances, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. We will deliver the Products to the address you provide. Delivery will be completed when you or any other person has taken physical possession of the Products. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

Returns

We offer a returns policy for products returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached.

What’s your return policy?
All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving the order (in its entirety) with all labelling still attached to the garment.

How do I return?
Please send your order back, containing your invoice, return slip and products with all labels attached.

Please note; we recommend you use a courier that offers shipment tracking and insurance services for its full value while in transit. If you choose not to follow these recommendations we regret that you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transit.

How long does it take to process a return?
We will confirm with you once we receive the products in their original condition. A refund will then be processed, please allow 5-7 working days for return of payment.

What if my item is Faulty?
Please notify us by email to info@thejoanproject.co.uk with details of the product fault to return within 14 days of receipt.
